When we can control our emotions, we can control how we react in any situation.  Emotional control means less anxiety and overwhelm and more peace and calm. Miracles happen when you're in control.

This was me in the year 2000.  I was broken.  My father had committed suicide 8 months earlier and I was stuck in a cycle of work, drink, wake up hungover, and repeat. I ended up broke, homeless and desperate.

It took me 9 years, a lot of self exploration, far too many tears, and far too much anxiety, sadness and heart ache before I learned what I had to do to get myself emotionally fit.

I went on to travel the world, become an international Homeopath and qualified as a nutritional therapist too!

But what I lacked back then was guidance, accountability and support.
