Does the cold, dark weather of winter get you down?


As the nights draw in, and the weather gets cooler, I thought it would be useful to do a quick video for you on how to get out ahead of Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD.


Research shows that up to 6% of people suffer a severe form of SAD and as many of 20% suffer a mild form every year.


But, there are strategies you can employ to help combat it and even stop it from developing in the first place.
